I created RiseA because I know exactly what it feels like to be the person everyone relies on while often neglecting your own growth.

With over 20 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, boards, and senior leaders, I've navigated the complex demands of the corporate world firsthand – at the front line. My career has taken me across diverse industries including healthcare, medical, hospitality, construction, property, and recruitment, where I learned that being a great Executive Assistant is about much more than managing a calendar.

Throughout my career, I didn't just type minutes or book flights. I acted as a strategic partner: managing office renovations and technical rollouts, coordinating large-scale events for hundreds of employees, and serving as the critical bridge for Board of Directors meetings. I know the pressure of managing competing priorities and the nuance required to foster relationships with high-level stakeholders.

But I also know the isolation that comes with the role.

I founded RiseA to be the mentor I wish I had: someone to help you move from "reactive support" to "proactive partner."
