I created RiseA because I know what it feels like to be the person everyone relies on - the one holding everything together - while quietly putting your own growth last. For years, I was that person. And I know how isolating it can feel.
With over 20 years supporting C‑suite executives, boards, and senior leaders, I’ve lived the reality of high‑pressure, high‑expectation environments. My career has spanned healthcare, medical, hospitality, construction, property, and recruitment - and across every industry, one truth remained constant:

I’ve led office renovations and technical rollouts, coordinated large‑scale events for hundreds of employees, and served as the operational bridge for Board of Directors meetings. I understand the nuance, the emotional intelligence, and the precision required to support leaders at the highest level.
And I also understand the weight of it.
Despite the impact EAs have, the role can be deeply isolating. You’re expected to know everything, anticipate everything, and hold everything - often without mentorship guidance, or a roadmap.
