RiseA is for Executive Assistants at all career stages who are ready to elevate their impact. I work with three types of EAs:

• Foundation (1-3 years): You're building your EA foundation and want to work smarter, not harder

• Growth (3-7 years): You're ready to lead, create systems, and position yourself for promotion

• Strategic Partner (7+ years): You're operating at the highest level and want to refine your executive presence and strategic impact

It starts with a discovery call - a relaxed conversation where we get to know each other, talk through where you are now, and figure out which tier is the right fit for you.

Once we begin, every few weeks you'll receive a new module delivered straight to you - complete with tools, templates, and resources designed to build on what we've covered together. These are yours to work through at your own pace, in a way that fits around your role and your life.

Our 1:1 coaching sessions are where it all comes together. We meet weekly during months 1–3 to build strong momentum, then shift to bi-weekly for months 4–6 as you grow more confident applying what you've learned. In between sessions, I'll check in via email to see how you're tracking and answer anything that comes up.

And once the program wraps? The materials are yours to keep - lifetime access, so you can revisit them whenever you need a refresh.

Each tier includes:

• 6 months of personalised 1:1 coaching

• Regular coaching sessions (frequency depends on your tier)

• Email support check ins between sessions

• Access to your tier-specific toolkit with templates, SOPs, and AI-powered resources

• Tier-specific benefits (e.g., resume audit, advanced frameworks)

Sessions are 30 / 45 / 60 minutes, depending on your tier. They're designed to fit into your busy schedule while still providing meaningful support and guidance.

All coaching sessions are conducted virtually via video call, so you can participate from anywhere in Australia. This makes it easy to fit coaching into your schedule without travel time.

Life happens! Just give me 24 hours notice and we'll find another time that works for you.

Investment varies by tier based on the level of support and resources provided. Contact me for specific pricing and to discuss which tier is right for you.

I offer two payment options:

• Pay in full: One payment at the start of the program

• Monthly: Six monthly payments over the course of the program

Absolutely! Many clients have their employers cover RiseA as professional development. I can provide a business case template to help you make the case to your organisation.

The first cohort kicked off in March 2026. You can start your 6 months anytime, at the beginning of a calendar month (depending on availability of spots).

RiseA is specifically designed for Executive Assistants, not general business coaching adapted for EAs. I bring 20+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives across multiple industries, and I understand the unique challenges EAs face. The program focuses on practical, immediately applicable skills and systems that you can use straight away. We meet for coaching sessions where you can ask any questions as we go through the 6 months program.
