I created RiseA because I know exactly what it feels like to be the person everyone relies on, while often neglecting your own growth. 

With over 20 years of experience supporting C-suite executives, Boards, and Senior Leaders, I have navigated the complex demands of the corporate world firsthand – at the front line! My career has taken me across a diverse range of industries from Healthcare, Medical, Hospitality Construction, Property and Recruitment where I learned that being a great Executive Assistant is about much more than managing a calendar. 

Throughout my career, I didn’t just type minutes or book flights. I acted as a strategic partner: managing office renovations and technical rollouts, coordinating large-scale events for hundreds of employees, and serving as the critical bridge for Board of Directors meetings.

I know the pressure of managing competing priorities and the nuance required to foster relationships with high-level stakeholders. 

But I also know the isolation that comes with the role. I founded RiseA to be the mentor I wish I had: someone to help you move from "reactive support" to "proactive partner."
